The tasks of the Ministry

The Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce of the Ryazan region is the central executive body of a special competence in the Ryazan region, providing regulation in the sphere of economy, foreign-economic activity, international relations, business development and consumer’s market, conducting state policy, cross-sector management and coordinating activities in the specified sphere of other central and territorial executive authorities and government agencies of the Ryazan region in the territory of the Ryazan region.

Main tasks of the Ministry

— creation of conditions for achieving high rates of socio-economic development of the Ryazan region, building an efficient economy and development of the competition;

— attracting Russian and foreign investments in the Ryazan region and increasing the investment attractiveness of the region ;

— assistance with comprehensive cooperation for subjects of foreign states, administrative-territorial units of foreign states, international organizations and foreign transactor units;

— development of inter-regional relations;

— support and development of small and medium business and consumer’s market;

— promotion and popularization of entrepreneurial activity.
