History:

The estate was founded in the mid-19^th century, and it had been belonging to major general Mikhail Miloshevich who sold it to the district marshal of nobility State Counsellor Pavel von Derwies, a son of the Russian entrepreneur Paul von Derwies. Pavel von Derwies rebuilt the manor-economic complex and owned it until 1917. The main buildings were created in modern style, presumably by the architect Fyodor Schechtel.

The model farm of the estate included a nursery for fruit and park trees, a stud and a distillery, a well-organized agricultural system and a bee yard.
